We stayed for 4 nights in February, the hotel was not crowded. The hotel is very clean, and the rooms spotless. The food in the restaurant was nice, specially the Fideua.
The staff was very nice. I've seen some comments complaining about the room temperature. It is true you can't control the room temperature, but we found it to have the perfect tempaerature, so didn't need to regulate it.
The views from our room were amazing!

We were clients of this hotel several times, unfortunately the policy for traveling with dogs has become prohibitively expensive and illogical. To travel with two small dogs there is a fee of 40€/night (20€ per animal), while there are other hotel chains that offer no fee for traveling with pets, or a flat fee per room, rather than per animal. Our two dogs combined are smaller and weigh less than one very large dog, but the hotel offered no flexibility.
It’s disappointing to see this kind of abusive policy, especially in a mountain destination. We hope the company management reconsiders and we will not be returning.
Stayed one night while motorbiking through Andorra, very very clean , service was excellent , food was OK tasty and well cooked but not top flight. The Room was spotless , the staff all very helpful, all in all a very nice hotel and the views from the balcony are stunning. I would stay here again. Very good.

We were really excited to stay here with our dog. On Bookings they say they welcome dogs (does not mention price) but when we told them we would be traveling with ours they said it would be $20 a night for the dog which would be a 25%+ increase in the total price per night. This is the most we’ve ever been charged and seems a bit excessive considering she’s under 15kg and not a puppy. We ended up finding a very similar place that charged half the price for the dog so we canceled.
